We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened products in original packaging, or for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Since ShredHook uses adhesive installation, we cannot accept returns on products that have been installed unless they are defective.
If your ShredHook arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Email us at info@shredhook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
